Roberts Surfboards is the brand of performance shaping master and Ventura, CA local Robert Weiner. Robert shaped his first board at the age of 12 and hasn't looked back since. Letting his shaping do the talking, he established his own brand and took out the 2002 "Shaper of the Year" award by Surfing Magazine against some of the worlds most renown shapers. Roberts reputation is built off the back of surfboards that perform, one of his most known being the White Diamond which took off virally in online surfing forums.
Roberts has an extensive range of shapes, everything from big wave guns to small wave weapons with a clear specialty in extremely versatile performance surfboards. Still shaping from his home ground in Ventura, Roberts continues to push the boundaries of surfboard design, believing strongly that small changes and experimentation with materials will have the biggest impact for advancing the sport.
